How the Match Works

Most agencies send whoever’s available. We don’t

Before we match anyone, we take time to understand your family your care needs, your routines, your history with other agencies, and the kind of person you actually want in your home. Personality. Temperament. The small things that make a difference every day.

Then we go to work. We handpick 2–3 caregivers we believe are genuinely right for your situation not just qualified, but compatible. You receive a bio and photo for each one to review before anyone walks through your door. You choose who you meet. You decide who comes in.
